Enjoy up to 2 complimentary repairs for the lifetime of your jewelry. If the string breaks or becomes loose during normal wear, we’ll repair it for free. A $10 shipping fee applies per repair.
If an individual bead is damaged or lost, replacement beads are available for an additional fee.

The Tashi currently ships to the United States and Europe.
2. How much is shipping?
For orders under $150, we offer:
- Standard Shipping — $10
- Express Shipping — $15
- Expedited Shipping — $25

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.
